Ferrant Company
Family Ferrant has oriented its company for decades in the
production and plantation of onions, shallots and leeks. The selection
of the type of leek, onion and shallot is drastically selected
for their yield and their flavour .

Ferrant a orienté sa société dans la production
d'oignons, d'échalotes et de poireaux depuis des décennies.
Les légumes sont sélectionnés pour leur rendement
et leur saveur
Once harvested, the leek is quickly brought to the
plant where it is grounded and immediately distillated.
Une fois récolté, le poireau
est rapidement transporté jusqu'aux extracteurs et immédiatemment
distillé.
Ferrant Company's plant has a capacity treatment of
20 metric tons raw material per day. All in stainless steel, Ferrant Company's
plant is equipped with 2 steam generators and two turbo stills of 10 000
litres capacity.
L'usine Ferrant a une capacité de production
de 20 tonnes de poireaux par jour. Le mode de production se fait par distillation
à la vapeur d'eau. Entièrement en acier inoxydable, l'usine
est équipée de 2 extracteurs d'une capacité de 10
000 litres.
The pilot control panel, allows the plant manager to adjust and control,
all parameters as temperature, vaccum, stirring, heat, timing, pressure
in all different parts of the extractors.
Le contrôle de la fabrication est permanent,
autant par l'aspect technologique que
par l'aspect visuel.
