What is IntelligentView ?
IntelligentView 1.10 (Beta) is an image processing software designed for analysis of scientific images, including microscope images (optical microscope, TEM, SEM, STEM, STM, AFM, etc), telescope images and medical images.
IntelligentView provides :
Standard image processing methods : image enhancement, noise reduction,
segmentation, convolution, etc.
Fourier Transform : FFT, DFT, modified FFT for non-integral-of-2
image dimension, convolution, deconvolution, autocorrelation, low pass filter,
high pass filter, band pass filter, homomorphic filter, etc.
Wavelet Transform : Discret Wavelet Transform (DWT) with various wavelets.
Mathematical morphology : erosion, dilation, opening, closing, top-hat,
skeletonizing, edge detection, outlining, Voronoi diagram, Delaunay triangulation, etc.
Object analysis : object identification, feature extraction, etc.
Other methods : image arithmatics, geometrical transformation,
palette manipulation, etc.
Plug-In Development Kit (PDK) : see the next section.
Plug-In Development Kit (PDK) :
Plug-In Development Kit for IntelligentView allows you to create
your costumized image processing application from IntelligentView.
It provides a lot of low-level and high level image processing methods.
Creating acquisition module, costum file filter, special image filter, ...
almost everything is possible.
Supported image file format :
IntelligentView file format : IntelligentView's own image file format
Bitmap file format :standard windows image format with 1, 4, 8, and 24
bits per pixel
TIFF file format : uncompressed TIFF image (read only)
Flat image data format :signed or unsigned integer (1 and 4 bits and
1, 2, and 4 bytes per pixel), floating point (4 and 8 bytes per pixel),
complex (8 and 16 bytes per pixel) and RGB (4 bytes perpixel) image data
Other image file format : It is potentially possible to open or to save
any image file format by creating file filter with the help of PDK for Intelligent View.
System requirements :
Microprocessor : Pentium or plus
OS :Windows 95, 98 or Windows NT v4.0, 5.0
Memory :16 Mb (more than 32 Mb recommanded)

You are encouraged to distribute copy of this software for evaluation.
But any use of this software and of your own Plug-In's for any commercial purpose
without agreement of the author, Bokwon YOON, is strictly forbidden.
For any reason you should not modify any file component, except header file and
example source code for PDK (Plug-In Development Kit) for IntelligentView.
If you use this software, including PDK, for the data (including image, spectrum, etc)
to be published, you should mention the use of IntelligentView 1.10 (Beta)
