Located on the NEVEZ community, closed from the south brittany coast, the propertie is between hamlet Kerascoet
( thatched cottage 500 meters) and the beach 300 meters.
Its aera is about 180 squares meter with accomodation for 8 people. (2 double beds and 4 single beds).
A big closed garden with old trees (5000 squares meters) surrounds it. you can use tek garden seat/table and tennis table
In the first floor: sitting room with antic fire place and dining room, kitchen and meal facility, toilet, terrace.
Second floor with 4 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom.
