Bored of checking manually if version numbers of your software/utilities/drivers as been updated ? Dod@Checker will do it for you whenever the kind or Operating System they run on :-)

Of course some piece of excellent software already exists for doing that but each one have weaknesses regarding to CoolTicker (and of course has also better things than Dod@Checker depending of what you exactly want) : WatzNew (not freeware, must be run on your machine, eats lot of memory, have to create manually the pattern filters of each thing to check, can take a long time to check all things if you are connected thru modem) or CatchUp (only checks installed applications/drivers on the same machine it runs).

Dod@Checker is free, do not need any heavy application on your machine, do not need you to stay connected during checking time, can check any version regardless to the System, OS, machine, and regardless if the software/driver is installed on the machine or not. New version notification can be retrieved simply on your own e-mail or any other e-mail.

For that just indicate the exact web page of the software/driver and the actual version number (to be sure in case of multiple versions on same page, like one for Win9x and one for Linux), you will be automaticcaly notified by e-mail (yours or a friends e-mail that want to be aware of some version numbers) it works 7 days a week 24 hours a day !
