"The first Skyway FL-AIR II 45" Sky Shuttle bag I ordered (order # 903036), arrived with part of the coat hanging unit broken, plus one of the supports at the base was broken, but I had no choice but to use it during my overseas travels. I sent it back after my return and ordered another same brand bag (order # 966365), and this time the same support piece at the base was broken too. I fixed it myself with longer two screws and crazy glue. Although, I am satisfied with the external and internal design of the bag, but I am dissatisfied of the worksmanship quality and lack of quality control before shipping it out, and, by the inconvenience after receiving the two bags. Nevertheless, I am impressed by your efficient customer services and by your company's follow up after sales have been concluded. To tell you the truth, I am a bit reluctant to order new items from ebags for the family due to above two inconvenient incidents. Thank You." It is very roomy, lots of compartments, I especially like the shoe compartments. The in-line wheels are great, which balances the bag, the bag doesn't fall over when you are pulling it much like other bags with regular wheels. "Poor construction for the wheels, the first time I used it one of them broke off. I didn't have time to fix it so it was quite enjoyable lugging a bag that large through the airport and onto a cruise ship. Now my wife's wheels are going (she bought the same bag from you) Skyway luggage is CRAP!" "This was a great bag for a week-long, casual, summer vacation...all I needed to add was a small rolly-bag for cosmetics and loose items... The only problem I had was that the front legs came off, but the Skyway staff had TWO sets in the mail right after I called...I haven't had a problem since, and I LOVE this bag!"
