http://www.countrywatch.com/islam.asp  Firstly, CountryWatch extends its deepest sympathies to the families of victims of the Sept. 11, 2001 terrorist attack on the United States. U.S., British and NATO officials allege that evidence gathered from the attack sites and other intelligence avenues strongly suggests the attacks were the work of Islamic extremists, probably the Al-Qaida network, which is funded and spearheaded by Saudi billionaire Osama bin Laden. Due to these public proclamations, right or wrong, global attention on Muslim nations and on Islam has intensified. Our special report endeavors to shed some light on the religion of Islam.
