Le rallye est né au début du siècle suite à l'interdiction des courses de ville à ville, trop meurtrières. Il s'approchait d'elles dans l'esprit, tout en tentant de trouver une forme compatible avec la sécurité. Il restait un gros problème sur les rallyes : lorsqu'un accident arrivait, il était impossible d'agir rapidement, en raison du temps mis par les informations pour arriver. La CB est née après la seconde guerre mondiale. Il s'agissait
d'une "radio pour tous", une bande de fréquences libérées
pour le libre usage de chacun.
Il suffit de placer des cibistes sur le parcours. S'il y a un problème,
il le verront et pourront le signaler instantanément par radio.

Rallying was born in the early 1900's, following the decision to ban the dangerous town-to-town races. It was like them in the spirit, but the forms were compatible with safety. There was still a big problem on rallies : when an accident happened, it was impossible to act immediately, because the informations needed time to come. CB was born after the second world war. It was the "everybody's radio",
a frquency band let free for anybody's use.
You just have to place cibists on the rally tracks. If there's a problem,
they'll see it and warn immediately by radio.
