How to make the tps.bin ?
Every day the tps.bin will be changed

You can found this .dat file everyday on dvb-upload or other public uploads...
Vous pouvez vous procurer le fichier sur les uploader
This file is builded by cristor and his name is like this :
Ce fichier est fait pour Cristor et son nom est :
TPS_27_06_2008.zip (TPS DAT file for KYNG)
Open the tps.bat and edit this file
Ouvrir tps.bat et editer le fichier
For example : stuns.exe TPS_27_06_2008.DAT
Par exemple : stuns.exe TPS_27_06_2008.DAT
Save this file and Close
Sauvegarder le ficheir et fermer
Click tps.bat
Clicker sur tps.bat
After it is finished
Apres avoir fini
You will find the 004e in the folder:!OutDeflate
Chercher 004e dans le repertoire
Rename the 004e as tps.bin
Renomer 004e en tps.bin
Copy it to the Downloadtpsbin.exe folder
Copier Downloadtpsbin.exe dans le meme repertoire
