Dana International is one of the biggest stars in Israel since 1993. She is a transsexual woman born in february 1972 as Yaron Cohen. After making six wonderful and very well sold albums in her country,she's been very famous in Europe for Eurovision 98, when she won the contest in Birmingham with her great hit "Diva". Three years ago she released her first european album "Free", and two singles "Woman in Love" & "Free", that were not very well sold. Then, she's carried on her career in Japan with the song "Diva", and in Israel with two songs: "Ad sof Hazman" and "Mocher Haprachim". During the year 2000, Dana has been giving some concerts in Russia with Phillip Kirkorov, who covered "Diva" some time ago. In 2001 she had tour dates in the USA. Her new album "Yoter ve Yoter" (More and More) is out since September 2th 2001 in Israel, it's mostly a pop dance music style. However, there is no official information about an international release in the near future.

I am a big "Dana addict" since May 1998, and my love for her will last forever, that's why I want this page to be a little tribute to the best singer in the world. Dana Forever! V.L.D, viva la Diva!
