Je rêve qu'un jour viendra où, sur le bord de l'Ill à Strasbourg, dans l'Hémicycle du Bâtiment Louisse Weiss, et devant les Élus de la Grande €urope des 25, 28 ou même déjà encore plus des Etats membres, il y aura un citoyen venant du pays lointain, cheveux noirs et yeux noirs, en langue €uropéenne couramment, partageant avec près de 500 millions du peuple ses visions sur le passé et l'avenir de ce Vieux Continent … Ce n'est peut-être pas "facile", et il faut que j'y consacre toute ma vie, mais, j'ai un rêve.
