- Study of effective solutions to provide guaranteed Quality of Service over IP. The goal is to prevent non-delay sensitive application from degrading the videoconference.
- Focus on Diffserv work, ToS byte, NHRP,  ToS WFQ sensitivity. Realization of a NHRP based CISCO solution with routers over an ATM backbone.
