     Very long double string
 

     A. Put the double loop
          on the L wrist.

     B. RH passes below all the
          n strings
          and catches the f strings.

     C. Rotate RH away from you.
          The Ln strings of the wrist
          and the RHf strings form
          a hanging loop.

     D. LH passes toward you
          through the loop that
          hold RH.
          Release RH.

     E. RH catches the dorsals
          strings of the L wrist,
          and draw them up
