   Here is a figure very useful to relax
    the wrist.

    One can summarize these moves
    doing first the steps A. and B. ,
    then:

    L5..hooks up...R1f
     Then turn the R hand away from you.
      L2......R2n
      toward
      L4......D1f
      away
      L3......R2n
      Then
      toward
      L4.  picks up...R1f
      away
      L2.....R2n
      toward
      L5.....R1f
      away
     L1....R2n

     Withdraw L3 and draw
 
 

   A. Put, the loop on L1.
        R345 hold the two strings
        of the hanging loop, close
        to he L hand.

  B. R1 and R2, from above,
       enter into the L1 loop.
       Spread these fingers
       and rotate the R hand,
       toward you.

       Each time you rotate,
       R1 and R2 must to
       point up.
 

  C. L5 hooks up R1f.

  D. Rotate the R hand,
       away from you.

  E. L2 hooks up R2n.

  F. Rotate the R hand,
       toward you.
       L4 hooks up R1f.

  G. Rotate the R hand,
       away from you.
       L3 hooks up R2n.
 
 

  H. Rotate the R hand,
       toward you.
       L4 picks up, R1f.

   I. Rotate the R hand,
       away from you.
       L2 picks up R2n.

   J. Rotate the R hand,
       toward you.
       L5 picks up R1f.

  K. Rotate the R hand,
       away from you.
       L1 picks up R2n.
 
 




  L. Release L3 and.....
       draw slowly.
