Enid Kopper established Trans-Cultural Relations as an independent consultant and trainer in 1987. Trans-Cultural Relations is specialized in intercultural management, communication and team building; as well as inpatriation and expatriation training. Major clients include Swiss, German and North American companies and organizations in the public sector.

Trans-Cultural Relations, together with the former Swiss Bank Corporation (now UBS AG), received the American Society of Training and Development (ASTD) Benchmarking/Best Practices Award for the International Training Evaluation Seminar (ITES) in 1997.

> Who are we?

Enid Kopper

...was born and educated in the USA and has lived for twenty five years in Zurich, Switzerland. For nine of those years, she worked as a manager in a Swedish multinational in various marketing and training functions. German and English are her working languages. She has co-edited and authored a book, as well as a number of articles, on the topic of intercultural management and communication. She has appeared as guest lecturer at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland; the University of Regensburg, Germany; the Institute for International Research, Frankfurt, Germany; and the School for Management, Zurich. She is a member of the SIETAR (Society of International Training and Research), and ASTD (American Society for Training and Development).

Professor Rolf Kiechl PhD

...is a Swiss national, Professor for Organizational Behavior at the Business School of the University of Zurich, and a faculty member of the Economics Department. He also has a diploma in psychology from the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich. His areas of expertise are management psychology, organizational development and human resources management. His research activities are concentrated in the fields of personnel development, leadership skills and multicultural management. He has published four books and numerous articles dealing with these topics.
