Functionnalities

The average weekly worked hours can be changed by the user in the "Parameters" window. In case of overwork, a warning is displayed.

The software totalizes the worked hours for the current week, and if required, the hours overworked the last week.

An export function is avalaible. It creates a Memo document, with all details about daily worked hours (an export to the Datebook may be implemented on the next releases).

Since release 2.10, working Saturdays and Sundays (!) has been allowed ; this option is activated in the Parameters screen.

Graphs

A graph window makes it possible to look at the worked hours during a specific time interval. Two curves can be plotted.

The example on the left shows the graph for a single week. The peeks points are clickable (in case of click, it displays the week and worked hours for the point).

 
 

 

Compatibility

The software has been conceived for PalmOS, with the following graphical settings :

  • 160x160 - 65000 colors or more
  • 320x320 - 65000 colors or more

The software may work perfectly with other settings and hardware (Pocket PC, 320x360, etc.). If you have tested it with success, please tell me so that I can update this page.

  

 

SuperWaba setup

As for all my software, Working Time requires the Superwaba environnement on your PDA. The required files are located in the Superwaba subdirectory in the ZIP file you have downloaded.

First install the minimum requirement :

  • SuperWaba.pdb
  • SuperWaba.prc
  • SWNatives.prc

Then the following libraries :

  • XPlatUtilProps.pdb
  • XPlatUtil.pdb
  • XPlatIo.pdb
  • XPlatUtilDateRGF.pdb
  • PalmIoBuiltIn.pdb
  

 

Software setup

The software download contains both English and French version ; install on your PDA only the files corresponding to your language.

  • Always install :
    • TrenteCinqHeures.pdb
    • TrenteCinqHeures.prc
    • Librairies.pdb
    • TrenteCinqHeuresLocale.pdb
  • For French language only :
    • TrenteCinqHeuresLocaleFR.pdb
  • For English language only :
    • TrenteCinqHeuresLocaleEN.pdb

 

Do not install BOTH languages files.
Only ONE must be installed on your PDA.

Not paying attention to this warning can induce erratic behaviors of the software.

 

 

Backup your data

On the PalmOS platform, the settings are written in "preferences" ; the data are written into databases.

In order to backup all the files used by the software, please find below the preferences and databases name :

  • 2 preferences : "su^ (sorry for this strange name, but this is the Superwara compiler which choses it)
  • 1 database : Journees (stands for "days" in French), whose creator is T35H
